- Counselling prisoners to have discipline and decorum in the jails alongwith personal hygiene and responsibility towards family and society.
- Helping with legal aid cases by giving lawyers to the inmates and fighting cases till the logical end.
- Conducted English speaking classes for the officials and their families.
- Conducted legal aid training for the jail officials.
- Conducted financial savings awareness for the constabulary staff and their responsibility in the
- Spiritual discourses conducted for the inmates teaching them the right way of living and denouncing wrong methods.
- Skits depicting gangsters and their way of life which leads to a tragic end.
- Group counseling training given to a few prisoners to enable them in turn to counsel their fellow prisoners.
- Experimental renewal and rehabilitation of 4 released prisoners which was successful.
- Helping the jail doctors for many medical needs.
- Conducted the first Talent Contest in 2010 in Arthur Road jail for prisoners.
- Brought about reconciliation with many prisoners and their families.
- Conducted extensive small scale entrepreneurship training programme by Canara Bank for female inmates in Byculla jail for a duration of 3 months. They extended a soft interest free loan of Rs.25,000/- per person without any guarantor.
- Providing financial assistance to the prisoners’ families below poverty line.
